Great Tips for your eyes Jeff. I would like to recommend a Mac freeware called TimeOut. It judges how much activity you’re doing on your computer and it would notify you to take a micro pause of 13 secs or 20 secs. Of course after being on your computer for a whiile, it would tell you to take a break for 2 minutes or even 7 minutes.
May get annoying at times, if you go hard on your work, but it’s helping your health. I’m not too sure if they’re a windows version or alternative of this, but here’s the Mac link http://www.dejal.com/timeout/
Congrats to the wonderful team at CommandN. I can’t believe 200 is here already, I’m so proud of you guys on your huge accomplishment. I can’t wait for the following 200 episodes.
Great review on the AirCurve. i won a free one from a Griffin contest. It’s a very simple device, and does what it suppose to do. Ahh Science and Tech together once again.
